Sue Grant is a certified Master Instructor for FallProof,
an internationally recognized Balance and Mobility training program. She is also Certified by The American Council on Exercise
and The Arthritis Foundation. In addition, she is proud to be a Fellow
of Applied Functional Science with the prestigious Gray Institute for
Functional Transformation. Sue holds a Professional Certificate in
Fitness Instruction and Exercise Science from The University of
California in San Diego. She specializes in both Personal Training AND
Group Fitness Instruction. She is also a Certified Older Adult Fitness
Specialist.
Perhaps most importantly, Sue makes her lifelong love for fitness
contagious - she is passionate about helping older adults stay fit and
active, no matter what their age!
